Per CDC Quidence Masks Are now optional for thoes who are Fully Vaccinated 

At Bespoke your safety and comfort are our biggest concern. If you would still like to mask gladly do so. We Continually keep up to date with the latest CDC guidelines and safety measures. All of our safety measures are the same. PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required in common areas of SOLA SALONS.

Incase of Covid exposure or positive test: we will have to reschedule your appointment. We will do so once your five days past any symptoms and will be required to wear a mask the duration of your visit with us.



Cancellation policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. 

Please note that same day cancellations may be subject to a $100 rebooking fee.

We ask you to text your stylist to communicate these changes. Missed calls, voicemail, or emails will not be accepted.

We kindly request any appointment changes be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment by texting stylist or 100% of full service scheduled charge may apply. Thank you.

SANITATION 

Our salon is thoroughly sanitized before, during, and after each service. We provide hand sanitizer at every station when you enter our suite. We also are Barbicide-certified, and use our virucidal product Ship Shape on all tools and surfaces. 



HEPA AIR PURIFIER

Our facility constantly runs HEPA air purifiers. These can help reduce the risk of airborne transmission by reducing airborne particulates that can carry viruses, mold, bacteria. Combined with mask use, hand hygiene and surface disinfection, this is another step to help keep our working environment safe for ourselves and our guests. In regards to Covid-19 our air purifiers are continually run during the salon working day and are set up for our dedicated working space. They are proved to be effective in the high ninetieth percentile (99.94 to 99.97%).



UPON ARRIVAL 

We ask you to please wait in your car and send a text to the staff member when you are ready for your appointment. This is to help lower the traffic in our working space. If you need to wait inside the building please pop in and let your stylist know then feel free to take a seat at the provided waiting areas in the hallway. There are also couches in the back side of the hall.
